As can clearly be seen from the emails above, the use of English is extremely poor, spelling is somewhat patchy and clearly NICKY FRENO is trying to either (a) launder money through the ficticious purchase of the horse, and/or (b) is trying to cash a stolen or illegal cheque.

If you should receive any communication from NICKY FRENO, please delete it immediately.

I am Dr Garret Kimberly, the internal sale manager to Mitchell Butlers Leisure Retails Ltd in the Uk, i came accross your beautiful horse and i am interested in buying it, could you please let me know if this beautiful horse is still available. I have seen the pic and read the memo and i think it's fine one. What professional trainings has he been through? Has he got a recent negative coggins, health certificate and e.t.c. What is the final asking price and mode of payment? I await your quick response as soon as possible.

Thank you for your quick response, i am really impressed and would definitely purchase this beautiful horse of yours. I would like to
inform you that i am a British by nationality but presently living in Spain and this is where the horse would be transported to and you can be rest assured that your horse is coming to loving home. I have been in touch with a transportation company to inquire what the criterias are to ship a horse internationally and i have been told that, a recent negative coggins of atleast three months would be needed and a health certificate to back it up, so i think you have try and get it before the transportation company comes for the pick up. I am also okay with the price of £2000 for the horse (Horses Name)and would immediately instruct my accountant at Mitchell Butlers Leisure Retail Ltd in the UK to issue cheque out to you, not until i have your name and address including your contact number to which the payment would be issued and sent to. Please be aware that, the payment would include extra funds of £2650 which you would pay the transportation company on pick up location, i hope this is understood? I await your anticipated response as soon as possible.
